Contacts Data

4. Data Retention
Adam retains user data, including Google account information, OAuth tokens, Gmail content, calendar events, and contacts, only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and maintain proper functionality. Data associated with your account is stored only while you are actively authenticated and using the Application.
OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and any temporary data caches are deleted automatically upon user logout, revocation of permissions, or termination of account access. Users may revoke the Application’s access to their Google account at any time via their Google Account settings, which will immediately prevent further access to data and may limit or disable certain automation features.
We retain information for the minimum period necessary to support session continuity, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations. Users are responsible for understanding that revoking permissions or deleting their account may result in loss of stored automation data, drafts, or historical content. Adam is not liable for any loss resulting from data retention policies or user-initiated revocation of access.
5. User Control
Users of Adam have full authority and control over their accounts, data, and automation actions at all times. You may grant or revoke permissions for Google account access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will immediately prevent the Application from interacting with your Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts data, and may limit or disable certain automation features.
Logging out of the Application will delete any locally stored tokens and session-related data, ensuring that your information is no longer retained on the device or within the active session. Users are responsible for managing all automation actions executed through the Application, including reviewing, approving, or canceling tasks initiated by Adam.
By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept that you maintain full responsibility and control over how your account data is accessed, used, and managed. Adam will not perform actions, store data, or access your information without your explicit consent, and you retain the ability to exercise control over every aspect of your interaction with the Services.
6. Google API Limited Use Compliance
Adam fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all requirements related to Limited Use. By using Adam, you acknowledge and agree that your data accessed through Google services will be handled strictly in accordance with these policies.
Specifically, Adam uses data obtained from Google accounts solely to provide the user-requested functionality of the Application. This includes executing automation tasks, generating outputs, and maintaining the Services’ operational integrity.
